Hi my name is Alora. I am 16 and my birthday is January 4th, which makes me a Capricorn! I have been a cheerleader since I was 7, but I currently cheer for Salina Central High and Fierce Training Facility. The relationships I’ve grown, the new skills I have accomplished, and the overall excitement that comes with the sport, have all made me fall in love.
There are a few differences between All-star and High School cheer. The biggest difference between school cheer and all-star cheer is the work ethic of your fellow team mates. In competition cheer everyone on your team has a passion for the sport and the coaches push you harder to become the best you, you could possibly be. School cheer is an after school activity that not all schools take seriously; therefore, not everyone on your team may take it as serious as you do. My All-Star takes cheer to the next level and pushes me harder than I’ve ever been pushed before. It is because of my team and my coaches that I am an All-American Cheerleader!
